Start refinery jobs for Construction Material (refined from all raw components - Rubble, Pieces, or Salvage). Refinery jobs vary in cost, time they will take, and yield, and can even vary from a refinery at one station vs another station. The refining methods are all exactly the same as when you're refining raw/ore mineables, except they process the salvage into CM instead.

If your materials (RMC/CM) are in demand you will have the option to sell them here. If they are not in demand, or listed under the CANNOT SELL category for some reason (like MAX INVENTORY below), then you will have to sell them elsewhere.
